If you’re planning to further your education after high school, you’re going to need money. That’s a fact! If you’ve already completed your FAFSA and received an aid offer, you can still find extra money to help with college through scholarships, and there’s no better time to look for them than during the summer. You don’t have to set aside much time, just a few minutes each day, but you can find some serious scholarships for college if you’re willing to look.
Visit UCanGo2.org to find a list of scholarships to begin your search. Some are organized by category and some by deadline, and many of them have deadlines during the summer. It’s also a great time to look at scholarships with future deadlines and complete their applications now, so you don’t have to worry about them when you’re busy with school projects.

We provide a Scholarships 101 PowerPoint as well, that shares additional websites and tips for successfully finding and completing scholarship applications. These tools you should give you more than enough to get started. There are literally thousands of available scholarships providing millions of dollars to motivated students.
